BPF toolmakers event hailed a “roaring success”

An event held to promote the UK toolmaking industry has been hailed a “roaring success” by its organisers.

The ‘Meet the Toolmakers’ networking day was co-arrnaged by the British Plastics Federation and the Gauge and Toolmakers Association (GTMA) in order to facilitate conversations around upcoming projects, learn about toolmakers’ capabilities, and find out more about the advantages of re-shoring.

More than 70 attendees from just over 50 companies attended the venue in Warwick to visit the 23 toolmakers trade stands. The feedback received from attendees was “extremely positive", said the BPF.
