Cincinnati Milacron to hold UK medical plastics open house

Cincinnati Milacron is holding a medical open house in April 2013 that will be hosted at Ferromatik UK’s Technical Centre.

During the event on the 16th and 17th April 2013, which will be held in conjunction with Ferromatik’s injection moulding road show, an MPAK 100 medical extrusion line will be running which will be producing close-tolerance extruded catheter and small bore tubing, along with customised downstream from Conair to provide a fully integrated medical production line suitable for extruding small bore tubing, catheters, multi lumen and single lumen medical tubing.

Ferromatik UK will have four injection moulding machines – three running medical devices and one moulding a small Lego-type brick. The theme of this event is medical device manufacture.

Cincinnati Milacron is holding a second European open house in Germany on 20th - 21st June 2013 which it says will feature a GPAK45 high speed pipe line producing PE100 gas pipe alongside a high speed medical extrusion line for dialysis tubing.

The UK Medical Open House will take place on April 16th - 17th
 and the European Extrusion Open House June 20th - 21st 2013.
