First ever technology event sees new orders placed for DB Automation

by

DB Automation says a technology event held to demonstrate its latest automation and feeding equipment for moulders has been an “outstanding success”.

The Leicester-based company partnered with other industry suppliers to present a portfolio of technologies, as well as practical demonstrations and question and answer sessions in order to showcase how the technologies can enable productivity and efficiency within a manufacturing environment.

The partners who came to show their displays and demonstrations were Dyne Technology Limited, KUKA Robotics UK Limited, Sepro Robotique Limited and Abtech Limited.

Nick Parker, Operations Director at DB Automation, said the day had been “really worthwhile” with orders being placed as a result of the event.

“Attendees had the chance to talk to each of our partners and learn how their equipment could help them within their own production and businesses,” explained Parker.

“This really gave a good opportunity for the partners to express exactly what they do in more detail and allow visitors to ask any questions or enquire about new equipment. It was very useful and practical to see the demonstrations taking place, as we believe this is the best way to show off your capabilities and quality.”

During the event the company demonstrated its latest multi cavity injection moulding automation machine, as well as a series of bowl and linear feeders.

“As a result of this event we hope to be organising more occasions similar to this and to help companies work together to encourage and develop success,” Parker concluded.
