International trade shows prove a worthwhile cause for Listgrove

Listgrove, a UK-based company that provides outsourced HR services to the plastics, polymer, packaging, petrochemical and chemical sectors, has reported successfully exhibiting at two recent international shows.

The team attended Arabplast in Dubai in early January 2013, where they assisted Ingenia Polymers, a manufacturer of products and services to the polymer resin (PP, PE, PS) and downstream conversion market, in its search for a Regional Business Development Manager in the Middle East.

Ryan Kirby, Managing Director at Listgrove International, stated: “ArabPlast has proven yet again to be a great success for Listgrove, with many new recruitment and HR projects being discussed with both existing and new clients.”

More recently, Listgrove exhibited at Interplastica in Moscow as part of the British Plastic Federation's ‘British Pavillion’.

Interplastica attracted over 20,000 visitors with a high number of international visitors in attendance (the organisers reported that visitors came from more than 28 countries). The exhibition is growing year on year, with over 700 exhibitors taking part in 2013, an increase of more than 150 from the previous edition of the fair.

“It is obvious that Russia is an expanding market and offers incredible potential for those who operate across the plastic and packaging sectors,” commented Kirby. “The country offers many opportunities for specialist companies to establish business interests there. In the main, this is due to a lack of processing capability and/or the need for improved facilities. Listgrove currently works with many well-qualified and experienced candidates in the region and is now focused on developing business interests in Russia. Judging by the response received at the show, it would appear that our access to industry experts from around the world will aid this process.”
