Interplas 2014 is launch pad for new UK subsidiary
YUDO SUNS Co. Ltd, part of the South Korean based YUDO Group of companies and supplier of robots, heating and cooling and other ancillary equipment for the plastics industry, has officially announced the opening of its UK subsidiary, YUDO SUNS UK Limited, on the opening day of Interplas 2014.
Following a successful three-year partnership with UK-based Gas Injection Worldwide Limited (GIWW), selling its Heat and Cool Steam heating, YUDO SUNS Co Ltd believes the time is now right to introduce its ‘Take-Out Robot’ and automation technology to the European market.
“The success we have had selling YUDO’s Heat and Cool technology has enabled us to fully appreciate the technology YUDO SUNS has to offer the global plastics industry,” said Raymond Foad, Sales Director for YUDO SUNS UK Limited, at Interplas.
YUDO SUNS UK Limited will support European Distributors for the company’s “Giga” and “Sonix” range of Take-Out Robots, as well as other YUDO global sales offices for the Heat and Cool Steam technology that will be re-branded as ‘Rapid Isolation Cooling and Heating’ – RICH Technology.
The new company will also continue to sell Gas-Assisted Moulding technology under the existing “GIWW Brand” to new and existing GIWW customers around the globe.
Tamworth-based Summit Systems has been appointed the distributor for its Giga and Sonix range of Take-Out Robots the UK and Eire, said Foad.
