Seminar looking at the future role of plastics in UK automotive announced

A one-day seminar looking at the future role of plastics in the automotive industry will be held next month.

The event, organised by the British Plastics Federation, will take place at the New Road Cricket Ground in Worcester on 27th September and will focus on the UK automotive sector in the aftermath of the Brexit vote, analysing the current state of the market and the risks and opportunities for the future.

Major automotive producers, as well as academics and industry experts will present topics including how best to work with and supply to OEMs, carbon reduction targets and weight emissions, as well as recycling and the circular economy.
