ARRK joins Composites UK as it looks to broaden offering

Product development solutions provider, ARRK, has announced its new membership with Composites UK, a move it says is a “natural fit” for its expanding business. 

Following on from its recent success in gaining automotive quality accreditation ISO TS 16949 and aerospace quality standard AS9100 for ‘manufacture of composite panels, assemblies and metals for the aerospace markets’, ARRK says membership will help it engage with the wider composites community.

“ARRK has ambitious plans for the future and developing our composite offering is a key part of our full line service to customers,” explained Alan Smithers, General Manager at ARRK’s Nuneaton composite facility.

“Our composite service starts from our design engineering expertise, tool design and production, right through to low volume, niche, composite part manufacture. In conjunction with our sister companies in Germany, France and the Far East our composite knowledge, industry expertise and technical knowhow, allows us to provide a wide range of composite solutions to our customers in the UK as well as across mainland Europe and beyond.”

Smithers added that the company, which already has “extensive experience” in the automotive and aerospace sectors has plans to increase its offering further into rail, marine, leisure and defence.
