Global One-Pak sold to Coral Group

Merseyside-based injection and blow moulding compay, Coral Products, has purchased Cheshire-based Global One-Pack (GOP), a manufacturer of plastic pumps and trigger sprays.

GOP says Coral’s “proven track record” in plastic technology, coupled with its new bottle production capability at its Haydock headquarters will provide a perfect fit with its range of closures, lotion pumps and trigger sprays.

GOP will continue to operate from its premises in Hyde, Cheshire, and says the purchase will allow it to strengthen its product range and accelerate development of emerging products.

“The purchase presents an exciting opportunity to strengthen our product range and we’re very much looking forward to accelerating our new portfolio and developing new options for our wide range of markets within which we operate, including household and garden, automotive, personal care and pet grooming,” said Clive Broadbent, Director, GOP.
