Injection moulder celebrates 30 years in plastics

Banbury-based injection moulder, Glazpart, is celebrating 30 years of business in the plastics industry that has seen it evolve to offer custom products, glazing market solutions and the acquisition of other businesses.

The company, which originally started as Hanley Precision Tools, says the strength of its success is attributable to “satisfying today’s ever more demanding customer needs” as well as offering a unique full service package and a ‘one stop shop’ incorporating product and tooling design, injection mould tool manufacture, injection moulding and surface finishing.

Over the past 30 years, Glazpart has also developed its own product ranges to meet the needs of the fenestration and fabrication industries, including products for the window market supplied to profile houses, fabricators and installers.

This has recently seen the company gain recognition by being shortlisted in the National Fenestration Awards 2014, an accolade that has seen invest for the future with a £1,000,000 spend on capital and the launch of new products.
