Plastipak’s European arm recognised at UK packaging awards

Plastipak Packaging’s European arm (formerly APPE) has been recognised for its range of innovative products at a UK awards ceremony.

The division picked up five gongs at the Starpack Awards, organised by the IOM3, for products including its
E-LiquiPack, a packaging system for e-liquid used to refill electronic cigarettes, new range of round ThermaLite jars, that can be hot-filled and pasteurised and SprayPET Reveal, the world's first transparent bag-on-valve aerosol system.

In addition, the team responsible for the SprayPET system was crowned Packaging ‘Development Team of the Year.’
