RAPRA launches industry training and skills directory

Independent industry association, RAPRA, is asking the UK’s plastics and rubber businesses to challenge it to find a solution to their training and skills needs.

The call comes following the launch of RAPRA’s comprehensive training programme, which is a web-based directory listing over 50 unique courses from a number of training providers across the country.

The association says companies in any industry sector that need to train staff in polymer materials and associated manufacturing processes can access the information via its website.

If they don’t already exist amongst the courses in the programme, RAPRA says it will work with its existing network, or find alternative high quality providers, to fill the gaps.

The RAPRA Training Programme can be viewed at www.rapra.org/capabilities/training
