Recent appointments at UK distributor set foundations for new growth

Oxfordshire-based thermoplastic distributor, Gazechim Plastic, has recently added to its team in order to grow the business in the UK.

January saw the appointment of Neil Croucher as UK Business Manager with Maxine Duckett returning from maternity leave to resume her previous post of Business Development Manager. In February Ian White was recruited as Polyamide Product Manager.

Croucher will spearhead the Company’s commercial activities, drawing upon his industry experience spanning distribution, manufacturing and recycling. Duckett will concentrate on new sales development; growth of core products, new market research and the company’s marketing activities and White will support the company’s existing distribution of Vydyne 6:6 from Ascend, locally sourced Polyamide 6 and technical compounds from Eurostar.

“The recent appointments mean we have a full team in place to enable us to push the business forward and establish Gazechim as a leading UK polymer distributor,” commented Croucher.
