RPC strengthens PET presence with acquisition
As it continues to invest and grow in the packaging sector, RPC has announced the acquisition of Netherlands-based PET Power B.V. for an undisclosed sum.
RPC says the acquisition will bring together the “two of the principal European players on the market,” in a move that will allow it to underpin its programme of producing PET narrow-mouth and wide-mouth containers for the health, personal care and food market sectors.
The Group now has three global locations through which it will supply its standard and custom ranges, with this latest acquisition complementing its M&H UK and USA facilities.
