Stefano Mirti names as Husky’s new President of Hot Runners and Controllers

Husky Injection Moulding Systems has announced the appointment of Stefano Mirti to the position of President, Hot Runners and Controllers.

Mirti, who commenced the role on January 1, 2016, has been acting interim leader of the Hot Runners and Controllers business since June 2015.

"Stefano has a deep understanding of our customers' needs and brings this insight into every aspect of the business, from product innovation to sales and service. He has developed a strong, engaged team dedicated to bringing value to our customers and delivering on our commitments."

Mirti has more than 20 years of operations and sales experience within Husky, including General Sales Manager Europe, and most recently serving as Vice-president, Global Hot Runner Operations. He holds an Engineering degree in Process Engineering from École des Mines de Nancy (France) and an MBA from Sacred Heart University (Luxembourg).

"I am excited to lead the Hot Runner business and will continue to focus on delivering the right solution to help our customers meet their business objectives and driving product innovation," Mirti commented.
