Cornelius named UK and Ireland distributor for Huntsman coloured pigments, dispersions and driers

Independent European distributor of innovative raw materials to the industrial sector, Cornelius Group, has been chosen as the exclusive UK and Ireland distributor for coloured pigments, dispersions and driers from global chemicals manufacturer, Huntsman.

The appointment has seen Cornelius gain in excess of 100 new customers and enables the distributor to manage all distribution business for Huntsman Iron Oxide, Chrome Oxide Green, Colourplex, Solaplex, Cadmium Pigments, Tintersol, Timbasol, Durham and Nuodex Driers, and Exkin anti-skinning agents.

The products are used in a variety of industrial applications including coatings, plastics, adhesives and sealants.

Huntsman has restructured its routes to market following the acquisition of the colour pigments and driers business from Rockwood in 2014. Part of this restructuring has been the decision to work closer with Cornelius in the UK and Eire markets.
