Teknor Apex releases RG-15100 Series TPE

Teknor Apex has released a new series of styrenic thermoplastic elastors with the surface and appearance and haptics of silicone rubber that exhibits lower compression set than standard TPS compounds.

Monprene RG-15100 Series TPEs meet both US and EU regulations for single and repeated-use applications with dry, acidic, aqueous and alcoholic food types.

The compounds are suitable for injection moulding and extrusion applications such as utensil grips, kitchen appliance seals, food saver container seals, and cosmetics applications, as well as being microwave and dishwasher safe.
