Zotefoams
Zotefoams, a specialist in cellular materials technology, has appointed two new Non-executive directors to its Board.
Zotefoams plc, a specialist in cellular material technology, has appointed Angela Bromfield to its Board as Non-executive Director.
Angela, along with Steve Good will both be members of the Audit, Nominations and Remuneration Committees.
Angela commenced her career in 1984 as a research chemist at ICI plc (now part of Akzo Nobel) and held various management roles there until 1999, with her last position being General Manager in Brazil for ICI Autocolor Latin America.
Whilst at ICI, Angela obtained an MBA from Warwick Business School in 1991. Between 1999 and 2002 Angela was Group Director, Strategic Marketing and Planning at Premier Farnell plc. In 2002, Angela joined Anglo American plc and was Group Head of Marketing and Communications for the Tarmac Group until 2007. Between 2003 and 2006, Angela was a Non-executive Director for Mondi Paper & Packaging Limited, which was part of Anglo American at the time. In 2008, Angela joined Morgan Sindall plc as its Strategic Marketing & Communications Director and left in 2013.
Steve Good is a Chartered Accountant who has spent the last 20 years leading businesses in the Specialty Chemical and the Performance Material industries.
Commenting on their appointments, Nigel Howard, Chairman of Zotefoams, said: “Angela and Steve bring an excellent blend of functional and sector experience that is highly complementary to the Board’s existing skill base. The Board and I are looking forward to the contribution that they will make in the next phase of Zotefoams’s development.”
Both Angela and Steve and their respective connected persons do not currently hold any shares in Zotefoams plc.
