As the economy improves, companies are looking to the future. Succession planning and apprenticeships are now at the forefront of business planning. As a result of consultation with employers and trade bodies, PTIC are holding an Apprenticeship Summit at its Technical training centre in Telford on the 30th January, 2013 to discuss delivery models and framework requirements.
The event will be free to attend and is open to all employers who wish to gain a better understanding of apprenticeships and the benefits of recruiting future employees via this route. Various guest speakers will present a review of the existing apprenticeship offering and funding requirements, culminating in an opportunity for employers to make their own contributions.
